Jess is co-founder and CEO of Beach to Reef. With a deep appreciation for health, a positive attitude, the outdoors, and of course— beautiful clothing — Jess has dedicated the last ten years to self development and cracking the code to what “a life of meaning” is.

Chasing the best version of herself through athletics on the water— racing for the US National Rowing Team, competing nationally in Canoe/Kayak most recently, and surfing as much as possible, she found that by being the best version of herself, she can more effectively help others do the same. Through these athletic endeavors, traveling the world, and working to make it all a reality, she discovered what the secret really is.

True fulfillment is doing what you love with the people you love while stressing as little as possible and putting in the work needed to be successful.

Sue Fernhoff

Co-founder and CFO of Beach to Reef, Sue is not only the mother to Jessie, but deeply inspired by finding what people love most and providing it.

With a degree in accounting and a love for numbers, Sue has always exceeded in sales and business. Starting in home interiors at Macys, becoming the #1 sales woman in the country, and soon moving on to the real estate business, eventually flipping houses and working with investors, Sue proved that you can make anything happen with the right work ethic and deep passion for what you sell. It has always been a dream of Sue’s to have a company with one of her six daughters, running something from the ground up that is woman-owned, and now she is doing it!

Looking put together is one of Sue’s greatest talents and she loves helping others feel confident in who they are and what they wear.

Sue is a true giver and encourages everyone to live by the golden rule: treat people how you want to be treated. Being a kind human, contributing to society, and working hard for your own freedom are all essential to Sue.
